I had an old system that was not operating to full capacity. This new one will save me money by being more energy efficient. The savings will be applied to the cost of the new ac unit. I liked the idea of being able to have my ducts cleaned by you as well as they are almost 40 years old and have never been cleaned as far as I know. All of the guarantees and warranties "sold" me, & I love the 12 months no interest payment plan - I can have a new system installed and operating for one year before I have to pay it in full.

When your repairmen were out last time and had to add refrigerant he washed down the coils and they were falling off the tubing (aluminum strips) so he suggested we look into replacing the unit. I have liked all the repairmen sent out for the repairs & their knowledge. They all know what they are doing. All your personnel have been very professional on the phone and person to person
